About the Role
Join Cooperative Home Care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support an adult patient in Washington, Missouri. This private duty nursing role allows you to form meaningful one-on-one relationships with patients while working a flexible schedule tailored to your life, free from the chaos of hospital or facility environments.
Schedule
12-hour weekday and weekend day shifts.
Pay
$32.00 to $35.00 per hour, with sign-on bonuses available. Earn bonuses by picking up shifts—work as little as one 8-hour shift per week to qualify, with larger bonuses for more hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
- Assist clients with home and social activities while actively promoting independence at home.
- Complete all necessary clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri.
- Active CPR certification (training provided if needed).
