LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team and provide quality patient care. As an integral member, you will help patients achieve optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assign duties and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Make independent decisions when necessary
• Deliver high-quality nursing care competently
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Participate in on-call/standby rotations

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Active LPN/LVN license in applicable state
• CPR certification upon hire and maintained during employment

Qualifications

• Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience
• Strong interpersonal and clinical supervision skills
