Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, supporting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assign duties, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Make independent decisions when necessary, demonstrating clinical judgment and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program and hold an active license in the applicable state.
- Preferred: at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification required upon hire and must remain current.
- Ability to deliver competent, compassionate care and exhibit excellent customer service.
