LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
About the role
The LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and appropriate nursing care to an assigned patient population under the general direction of the Nurse Manager.
- Perform duties in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, New Hampshire state regulations, the Standards of Rehabilitation Nursing Practice established by the American Nurses Association and the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, and Standards of Clinical Practice established by the American Nurses Association.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Licensed as a practical nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
- Trained and certified biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR.
