About the role

Osage Beach Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center is a facility established since 1982, offering care through an interdisciplinary approach centered on caregiver compassion.

Responsibilities

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and plan of care.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
• Assure appropriate nursing care is provided.
• Assist with medications and treatments.
• Perform other patient care duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Caring, compassionate, positive attitude, and team player.
