Responsibilities
- Provide preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments and monitor resident responses
- Observe and report changes in condition to the care team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Support nursing assistants and promote teamwork on the unit
- Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse
- Current CPR certification

Pay
$30 per hour
Schedule
- Two Nazareth Home campuses: Clifton and Highlands
- Positions available at various shifts including Days, Nights, Desk Nurse, and PRN
- Work location: In person
- Supplemental schedule: Holidays
- Weekly schedule: 3x12 weeks
- Ability to commute/relocate: Louisville, KY 40205 and 40206 (preferred)
