LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Macon HealthCare Center, a family-oriented skilled nursing facility, is seeking caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. Whether part time or full time, you’ll make a real difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop or update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as needed.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper care standards are met.
• Communicate openly with patients, families, and physicians.
• Assist with admissions, documentation, and patient education.
• Participate in on-call rotation, in-service education, and hands-on care as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered Missouri LPN license.
• Strong clinical skills, organizational ability, and leadership capabilities.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team-player mindset.
