Job Summary
NHC Clinton, a skilled nursing facility in the South Carolina upstate, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position working 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families
- Assure appropriate nursing care is being provided
- Assist with medications and treatments as needed
- Perform other patient care duties as assigned
