LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

About the Role

A Great Place to Work Maefair Center for Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents, making a genuine difference in the lives of our aging guests and their families.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Requirements

• Valid state LPN license
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill
• Strong clinical skills, including the administration of medications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
