About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to patients, focusing on their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with all relevant laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Supervise CNAs by assigning duties and offering clinical guidance

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
• CPR certification (obtained during orientation if not already certified)
