Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in their daily activities
- Encourage socialization and engagement to promote overall well-being
- Create a safe, comfortable environment where residents can thrive
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
- Take instruction from and report updates to the registered nurse or overseeing physician
