Sign-on bonus available: Full-time - $3,500, Part-time - $2,000.

Base pay plus shift differentials:
- $2.00 differential Monday–Friday 7a–3p
- $5.00 differential Saturday–Sunday 7a–3p
- $4.00 differential Monday–Friday 3p–11p
- $7.00 differential Saturday–Sunday 3p–11p
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an LPN, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients, monitor and report changes in patient conditions, assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Your role ensures patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable State.
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; must remain current during employment.
- Ability to knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care.
