Responsibilities
- Makes independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Knowledgeably and competently delivers quality nursing care to patients
- Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Assigns duties, instructs, and provides clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Makes observations and reports changes in the patient's condition
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Maintains an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
