LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Paid Time Off

Paid Time Off (PDO) benefit accrues time off for sick, absent, tardy, vacation, personal, etc. at 4.66 minutes for every hour worked after successfully passing the introductory period. Accrual levels increase with length of service.

Holidays

Eight holidays are paid at time and one-half if worked and criteria is met.

Insurance

• Medical: available on first of month after four weeks of at least 20 hours each

• Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Pre-tax account for medical and dependent care expenses available.

• Group Life Insurance: $6,000 policy provided without cost after passing introductory period and regularly scheduled for at least 20 hours per week.

• Voluntary Insurance: cancer, accident, critical and whole life available for associate purchase during annual open enrollment period after passing introductory period.

Specific Job Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program

• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.

• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred

• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
