About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Irwin. As a member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We offer a competitive starting rate of $35/hr, sign-on bonus of $5,000 for full-time hires, and same-day pay.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status
- Administer medications and treatments
- Participate in the care planning process
- Supervise certified nursing assistants
- Communicate with physicians regarding changes in resident's conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
- Document assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy
- Educate patients and their families on health-related issues
- Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Valid PA State licensure as an LPN
- Current CPR certification
