LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team, providing quality patient care through interpersonal contact and clinical services. As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, the LPN will monitor and report patient condition changes, assign duties, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs. Key responsibilities include ensuring patients attain and maintain their highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with all laws, regulations, and standards. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited LPN programActive LPN/LVN licensure in the applicable statePreferred: one year of skilled nursing experienceCPR certification, either obtained upon hire or during orientation, with certification remaining current Skills And Attributes Ability to make independent decisions when necessaryKnowledgeable and competent in delivering quality nursing careExcellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards patients
