About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents. This role offers a supportive, family-like environment where employees are valued and residents are treated like family.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time PM and NOC shifts
- $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time shifts
- Starting pay between $30–$32/hour
- Shift differential: $2.00 for PM shifts and $1.00 for NOC shifts
- PRN: Flat rate of $30/hour
- $5,250 in yearly tuition reimbursement or student loan repayment

Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
- Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care
- Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities
- Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Compassionate, professional demeanor with residents, families, and staff
- Natural problem-solving ability
- Enjoy working with people and handle everyday challenges positively
