About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents. This role offers a supportive, family-like environment where employees are valued and residents are treated like family.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time PM and NOC shifts
• $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time shifts
• Starting pay between $30–$32/hour
• Shift differential: $2.00 for PM shifts and $1.00 for NOC shifts
• PRN: Flat rate of $30/hour
• $5,250 in yearly tuition reimbursement or student loan repayment

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
• Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care
• Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities
• Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Compassionate, professional demeanor with residents, families, and staff
• Natural problem-solving ability
• Enjoy working with people and handle everyday challenges positively
