Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care.
- Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities.
- Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Hold a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Natural problem solver with a compassionate, professional approach toward residents, families, and staff.

Pay & Schedule
- Full-time positions available for all shifts.
- Starting pay: $32–$33.75 per hour, based on experience.
- Shift differentials: $3.00/hr for PM shifts, $2.00/hr for NOC shifts.
- PRN flat rate: $34.00 per hour.
- $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement / student loan repayment.
