Responsibilities
Provide in-apartment assistance on 2 floors of a Brackenridge apartment building for participants who are age 55+. Duties include med pass, wound care, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

- Toileting
- Dressing
- Meal prep
- Feeding
- Light cleaning
Requirements
- Valid PA LPN license (graduate of an accredited nursing school)
- Minimum of 1 year (12 months) of experience working with the frail or elderly population; preferably in long-term care, home healthcare, or community health

Pay
Salary: $27-$30 per hour, based on experience. Includes a $2,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time employees.
Schedule
Full‑time, 3 pm – 11:30 pm Monday‑Friday, plus every other weekend (with one weekday off consistently).
