Lakeland Nursing and Rehab is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated care team in Wanaque, New Jersey. We offer positions across all shifts for professionals passionate about providing exceptional resident care while growing as leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in staff development and educational programs to stay current with industry best practices
• Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum 1 year of SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities
