About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assign duties and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Hold an active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• Preferred skilled nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification (must remain current).

• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Deliver competent nursing care.
• Exhibit excellent customer service with a positive attitude towards patients.
