Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and document care accurately
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey
• Preferred: Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A heart for elder care and a commitment to excellence

Schedule

• Primarily 3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM shifts
• Full-time and part-time positions available
