Responsibilities
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the patient’s condition.
- Assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state.
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
