About the role
In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the residents we serve, the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
Schedule
- 32 hours a week, inclusive of every other weekend
- Day Shift: 7am – 7pm
- Night Shift: 7pm – 7am

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current State License as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
