Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at our Subacute Unit. Our unit is part of Life Care Centers of America, a 47-year industry leader with over 200 locations across the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
Qualifications
- Education: Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Licensure: Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Experience: One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- Certification: CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
