LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) 12HR shifts

About the role

Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their skilled nursing team. This is a stable, long-term care position focused on providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Support and collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and interdisciplinary care teams
• Participate in care planning and accurate clinical documentation
• Maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
• Long-term care experience preferred (not required)

Pay

$2,000 Hiring Bonus for LPNs / $2,500 for RNs (Full-Time Only)

Schedule

12-hour shifts available: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day Shift) 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

Full-time scheduling with stability and consistency
