LPN Licensed Practical Nurse 12 Hour Shifts!

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Akron, OH location. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity with flexible 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Conduct routine vital sign checks, assess patient condition, and report any changes to the nursing team
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio
• Prior experience preferred; new graduates and experienced LPNs welcome to apply
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
