LPN License Practical Nurse (LPN) - SIGN ON BONUS
About the role
Care Options for Kids is dedicated to providing pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can offer focused, one-on-one care in the home setting. This role allows LPNs to work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership, supporting pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care in the home environment
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
- Deliver care with confidence and consistency
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
Qualifications
Experience with pediatric patients and skilled nursing needs is preferred but not required. The role values meaningful patient relationships, clear direction, and the reassurance of knowing support is always available when needed.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
