LPN IV Certified - Orthopedic & Neurology Medical Surgical Unit
Duties
- Completes daily reassessments for assigned patients and documents findings.
- Updates and implements the plan of care.
- Administers medications and monitors patients’ responses to medications including intravenous fluids and medications.
- Contributes to the professional development of peers, colleagues, and others (students, orientees).
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited school of practical nursing, or military equivalent is required.
- LPNIV - LPN IV Cert State of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location.
- If a new grad, LPN must be obtained within 90 days post-graduation within 90 days of hire.
- Clinical\BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire is required.

Pay: $21.67 - $34.67 / hour
