LPN - Hospice - PRN

Responsibilities

• Take and keep track of patients' vital signs.
• Prepare and give patients injections.
• Monitor catheters and dress wounds.
• Aid in basic care tasks like bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, standing, walking, and eating.
• Communicate compassionately with patients and families.
• Show keen observation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• Valid state driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
• At least one year of clinical experience.
• Prior home health or hospice experience preferred.
