LPN Homecare - Weekends

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes, working with Pediatric and/or Adult patients. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; provide services according to prescribed orders; monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes; collect, analyze, and interpret patient data; document nursing diagnoses and patient status. Qualifications & Skills: Current LPN/LVN license in the practice state; valid TB or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification; preferred one year of professional nursing experience. Additional info: The role involves caring for patients with complex needs such as g-tube, trach, or vent support, with shifts typically ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
