LPN - Homecare PDN School/Home Pediatric Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care in a school setting for students with medical needs, including trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, personal care, and diabetic care. The role may involve transportation with the patient to and from school.

Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive nursing care tailored to each student's medical requirements
• Ensuring safety and proper management of medical devices and medications
• Collaborating with school staff and families to support student health

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid LPN licensure in the practice state
• Current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification
• Preferred: at least one year of LPN experience
