Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the home
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Support individualized care plans
- Document care and communicate with the healthcare team
Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience

Pay
$25 - $32/hr Weekly Pay
Schedule
Flexible scheduling including day, evening, and overnight shifts; full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.
