LPN – Homecare Nurse – Springfield, MA Area (Adult
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one homecare services for an adult patient in Springfield, MA.
Pay
$38-$42/hr (DOE) + $1/hr overnight weekend differential. Weekly pay. Up to $300 onboarding bonus.
Schedule
Overnight shifts available on:
- Mondays
- Fridays
- Every other Thursday
- Alternating weekends
Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to support and implement patient care plans
- Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs
- Monitor and document physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data to support patient care
- Provide compassionate one-on-one nursing care in the home setting
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Perform other LPN duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts
- Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements)
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS certification
- Homecare experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
