About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct patient care in a homecare setting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient condition and deliver compassionate care tailored to adult and pediatric patients with complex needs
- Administer medications and support individualized care plans
- Provide care for patients with complex needs such as G-tube, tracheostomy, or ventilator management
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience preferred
