LPN - Homecare

About the role

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes in Goodyear and neighboring cities. Day shifts and overnight shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB screening or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Pay

Hourly Pay: $28 – $32 per hour
