About the role
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for adult patients. Options are available for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles on day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs of physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Analyze patient data to identify nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the practice state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- BLS certification.
