LPN Homecare - $34/hr
About the role
Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Newton, Iowa to work with pediatric patients in their own homes. Available shifts are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6a-6p and part-time Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collections, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
Pay
Hourly Pay: $34 / hour
Schedule
Full-time overnights
