LPN Home Health - Weekends

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing home healthcare for adult patients. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process; provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders; monitor signs of physiological and psychosocial changes; collect, analyze, and document patient data and potential diagnoses. Qualifications: Valid LPN/LVN license in the practice state; current TB or Chest X-Ray; current BLS certification; preferred minimum of one year nursing experience. Key Duties: Deliver Gtube, Trach, and Foley care during scheduled weekend shifts; ensure comprehensive patient care in a home setting.
