About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing home healthcare for adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders
- Monitor signs of physiological and psychosocial changes
- Collect, analyze, and document patient data and potential diagnoses
Key Duties
- Deliver Gtube, Trach, and Foley care during scheduled weekend shifts
- Ensure comprehensive patient care in a home setting
Qualifications
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the practice state
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred minimum of one year nursing experience
