About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care and support services to patients in their homes. This includes assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Help patients with meal preparation and nutrition
• Monitor and report changes in patient health
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Administer medications as directed
• Ensure patient safety and comfort

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks in various environments

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• First aid/CPR certification
