Pay

• $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions
• Attractive hourly pay: $27 to $29
• Compensation reflects cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets and may vary by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

Responsibilities

• Verify plan of care with the RN prior to each visit
• Collaborate with physician and RN to ensure patient needs are met; notify them immediately of any changes in patient condition
• Teach patients and caregivers self-care techniques
• Check vital signs
• Review all medications and perform medication reconciliation at each visit
• Perform specialized procedures ordered by physician (e.g., Foley catheter change)
• Prepare equipment and materials for treatments using aseptic technique
• Complete documentation timely and accurately

Requirements

• One year of clinical LPN experience
• Current LPN license, specific to the state(s) of assignment
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance
