LPN - Home Care Nurse | Rochester

About the role

Serve Rochester-area clients with confidence, backed by weekly pay, personalized training, and meaningful one-on-one work.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record client health and progress.
• Communicate regularly with clients' families and healthcare providers.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Minnesota.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in home health care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
• Willingness to undergo and pass a drug screening.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

• $27–31/hour in Minnesota.
• Overnight and weekend shift differentials.

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum two shifts/month).
• Daytime and Overnight Shifts.
• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts.
• No Weekend Requirement.
