About the role
We LOVE What We Do Our BAYADA Pediatric and Adult Nursing Offices are interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for infant/pediatric/adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We have multiple day, evening and overnight shift options to choose from with clients residing in Quakertown, East Greenville, Pennsburg, Perkasie, Hatfield and Lansdale areas.
What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits? Traditional shifts with hands-on care with only one client per day, building client relationships and watching their milestones, and no weekend requirements.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Pay
$30–32/hr, enhanced rates $35–37/hr dependent upon acuity and shift worked.
Schedule
Multiple day, evening, and overnight shift options available. No weekend requirements. Clients located in Quakertown, East Greenville, Pennsburg, Perkasie, Hatfield, and Lansdale areas.
