About the role

Join BAYADA and provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in Wilkesboro and surrounding communities. As a trusted and compassionate LPN, you’ll deliver excellent care backed by 24/7 clinical support, personalized training, and a schedule that works for you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes
• Assess and document client needs and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a difference in people’s lives

Skills

• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Benefits

• $27–32/hour in North Carolina (depending on commitment and shift)
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum commitment of 24 hours/month) schedules
• Daytime and Overnight Shifts available
• No weekend requirement
