Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state-approved practical nursing program.
- Active LPN license in Ohio.
- Minimum of one year of acute care experience, with home care, phlebotomy, and wound care experience preferred.
- Successful completion of NAPNES medication exam or equivalent before administering medications.
