LPN - Hematology/Oncology

About the role

The LPN will provide supportive or restorative care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health status and report significant changes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current LPN license with North Carolina State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current AHA BLS certification.
