Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse Degree: Certificate of Completion
• Must be IV certified
• Triage Patients
• Expedite patient referrals to specialty offices, answer patient and specialty office calls, and complete referral requests
• Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals (well-organized, detail-oriented)
• Work independently and unsupervised (maintaining superior work ethic)
• Ensure that referrals are addressed timely
• Remind patients of their appointments
