About the role
Providing in-home pediatric care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Assess signs of physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect and interpret healthcare data and document nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Valid BLS card.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Preferably one year of professional nursing experience.
