LPN - Full-time 2nd & 3rd Shifts

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate patient care in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing assessmentsDocumenting medical records accurately and assisting with care planningSupporting specialized therapies such as infusion, wound care, and respiratory treatmentsParticipating in admissions, maintaining infection control, and ensuring patient confidentialityAssisting physicians during examinations and responding to emergency callsPerforming additional duties as needed to ensure quality resident care Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a good standingCurrent, unencumbered Illinois LPN licenseCPR certificationKnowledge of geriatric, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing care Role Details Available for full-time 2nd and 3rd shifts, including every other weekend and some holidaysCompetitive wage scale of $30.91 - $32.91 per hour with shift differentials and benefitsBenefits include 401k, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, and shift bonuses
