LPN Full time 11pm-7am

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.
• Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements

• Valid and unencumbered state LPN license.
• 1 or more years of experience as an LPN (newly licensed LPNs without experience are welcome; training and support provided).
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus.
• Collaborative spirit and exceptional character — someone who does what's right with a reliable work ethic.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, physical (completed by our Nurse Practitioner), and background check.

Pay

$27/hour plus third-shift differential.

Full-Time, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
